TextMe is Chatwoot, hosted, configured and supported by us in Kazakhstan
TextMe is built on Chatwoot, an open-source customer support platform under the MIT licence. We did not rewrite it: we deployed it on our own servers, connected the official Meta APIs on behalf of Agregator (AgRg) and added what businesses in Kazakhstan are missing — Russian-language support, billing in tenge, telephony integration and local integrations.
What Chatwoot provides
Shared inbox, assignment and tags, reply templates, private notes, reports, bots, API and webhooks, mobile apps for agents — a mature platform used by thousands of companies worldwide.
What we add
Servers and backups in Kazakhstan, WhatsApp Business API connection through our Meta app, Russian and Kazakh support, contract and invoices in tenge, Baylanys and Callog integration.
What it means for you
No lock-in: data can be exported via the standard Chatwoot API and moved to your own server. We take care of updates, security and availability instead of locking you into a proprietary system.
Your account, your data — our connector is only the transport
The textmekz_connector app is registered with Meta to Agregator (AgRg). It asks you for permission to receive and send messages and delivers them to your TextMe inbox. Message content is never used for advertising or model training.

You authorise via Meta
The “Connect WhatsApp” button in app.textme.kz opens the standard Meta dialog. You pick the business portfolio, number and page; no passwords are shared with us.

Meta issues a scoped token
The token is stored encrypted and used only for your account’s messages. Revoking access in Meta settings disconnects the channel immediately.

Messages arrive via webhook in your inbox
Incoming messages are routed to agents by your rules; replies go out through the same Meta APIs. History is kept while you use the service.
