Textme Terms of Service
Effective 18 October 2026. Governs the use of the Textme service (textme.kz, app.textme.kz) and the Meta app textmekz_connector.
1. Parties and subject
Textme is provided by AgRg LLP (ТОО «AgRg») ("Operator"), Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan, BIN 201240029861, address: 52V Abai Ave., building 1, office 713, Almaty 050008. The user of the service is a legal entity or sole proprietor ("Customer") that has registered an account at app.textme.kz.
Textme is an omnichannel inbox: the Customer connects its own WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, web chat and e-mail business accounts and uses them to talk to its own customers ("End Users"). Registering an account means the Customer accepts these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Connecting Meta channels
WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger channels are connected through the textmekz_connector app: the Customer authorises its own business accounts in the Meta dialog and can revoke access at any time. WhatsApp Business Accounts (WABA), Pages and phone numbers belong to the Customer; the Operator acts as a Tech Provider and does not become their owner.
WhatsApp conversations are charged at Meta rates. Where Meta bills the Operator, the Operator re-bills the Customer with no markup.
3. Customer obligations
The Customer shall:
- comply with the WhatsApp Business Policy, the WhatsApp Commerce Policy, and Instagram and Messenger rules;
- initiate conversations with End Users only with their opt-in and through approved WhatsApp templates;
- not use the service for spam, fraud, unlawful content or goods prohibited by Meta policies;
- have a lawful basis for processing its End Users' personal data;
- keep staff credentials confidential and be responsible for its users' actions in the account.
4. Trial and billing
A new account gets 14 days of free access with no card required. After that the service is paid in tenge under the plan agreed with the Customer in a contract or invoice. If payment is more than 10 days overdue, the Operator may suspend access after notice by e-mail.
5. Availability and support
The Operator hosts the service on servers in the Republic of Kazakhstan, makes daily backups and announces planned maintenance in advance. Channel operation depends on the Meta and Telegram platforms; their outages and restrictions are beyond the Operator's control.
6. Suspension
The Operator may suspend a channel or account if the Customer breaches section 3, or where required by Meta or the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Operator informs the Customer of the reason unless prohibited by law.
7. Data and deletion
Conversations and End User data belong to the Customer; the Operator processes them on the Customer's behalf under the Privacy Policy. Meta tokens are deleted immediately when a channel is disconnected; after termination, Customer data is deleted within 30 days and backups within 90 days. Before deletion the Customer can export its data via the API.
8. Liability
The service is provided "as is". The Operator is not liable for the content of the Customer's messages, for numbers or accounts blocked by Meta due to the Customer's violations, or for lost profits. The Operator's aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the last 3 months.
9. Term and termination
These Terms apply from registration until the account is deleted. The Customer may stop using the service at any time by removing its channels and writing to support@textme.kz. The Operator may terminate these Terms with 30 days' notice.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Disputes are resolved by negotiation and, failing that, by the court at the Operator's location (Almaty).
11. Changes
The current version is always available at textme.kz/terms. The Operator notifies Customers of material changes by e-mail at least 14 days in advance.
